What is the cost of shipping?


The cost of shipping depends on the total weight of the order and on the country of destination. See:Shipment and delivery times.

Who ships the orders?


The shipping of orders is done by companies specialized in shipping merchandise.

Are there limitations to orders?


There is no limitation to the number of orders per client.

There are no limitations to the weight of the orders.

Where are orders sent?


Orders are sent to the address provided by the client, as long as there is someone to receive the merchandise. Orders will not be sent to post office boxes. See our section delivery and returns.

How are orders sent?


Orders are sent duly packaged and protected in order to guarantee their integrity.

What is the delivery time for orders?


For deliveries within Spain the delivery time will be from 24 to 48 hours, for orders to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, and the European Union it will be from 48 to 72 hours, and for orders to the rest of the world it will be 3 to 7 days, depending on the country of destination. What if there is nobody to receive the order at the delivery address?


The shipping company will leave a note and we suggest contacting them to arrange another delivery of the order. See our section delivery and returns.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?


If for any reason other than that mentioned above you are not satisfied, you can return a product. In this case, once the merchandise is received in its original packaging and in perfect conditions, we will proceed with the reimbursement of the corresponding purchase price. The shipping cost of the first shipment or subsequent collection will be assumed by the client. You must contact us at info@oleumolea.com within 14 days from the receipt of the order, clearly indicating the problem or reason for the return. What if a product arrives damaged? What if the contents of the package are incorrect?


We recommend that you check over the order at the time of delivery by the shipping agency, and leave proof on the delivery note and sign it. Oleum Olea Mare Nostrum will assume all of the expenses of extra shipping that could result, as long as the product has not been used, altered, or handled. You must contact us at info@oleumolea.com within 14 days from the receipt of the order, clearly indicating the problem or reason for the return. We will not accept any exchange or return if we have not previously received notification. Oleum Olea Mare Nostrum will send you a new product or will refund the corresponding purchase price. How is personal data treated?


In compliance with that established in the Law of Protection of Personal Data, Organic Law 15/99 of December 13, the customer of Oleum Olea Mare Nostrum can at any moment exercise their right to access, alteration, and cancelation of their personal data.

Is payment with a credit card secure?


We guarantee the highest security and confidentiality in your purchases. The information about your credit card is encrypted and only the corresponding bank has access to it. In this way, the information transmitted by the network has complete security given that it follows the SSL protocol and Oleum Olea Mare Nostrum does not retain this information at any moment, so that it cannot view or archive the information.

What currency are the orders charged in?


The prices of the products are charged in EUR, and the bank of the customer will apply the corresponding exchange in the case of a currency other than EUR used to pay for the order.

Is the sales tax included in the prices?


All of the prices of the products and of shipping include sales tax.

How can I make a payment?


You can pay by sending the number of your Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, or American Express card along with the expiry date, when completing the order form or by fax at -------

 

You can also make the payment through a bank transfer or a transfer through Paypal, for which we can provide you the necessary information.

In Spain it is possible to use Pay on Delivery shipments.
