Atenea JRS Catalunya SLU sells all of their products (extra virgin olive oil, assorted olive pâtés –green, black, spicy, sweet, garlic, cocoa, and smoked-, green Arbequina variety olives and black Empeltre variety olives) under the registered trademark Oleum Olea Mare Nostrum®, a young brand but an absolute guarantee of quality and purity.
Our extra virgin olive oils come from our own olive groves, supplemented with oils from other groves of which the same requirements of quality are demanded in the harvesting and selection of the olives used in the extraction of the oil, carried out exclusively through mechanical methods of first press.

The headquarters and sales office of Atenea JRS Catalunya SLU is located in Barcelona, in the north-east of Spain, one of Europe’s most dynamic cities in the business world and, especially, in the agrifood industry. In addition, Atenea JRS Catalunya SLU has an office in the region of Ribera d’Ebre, which manages the cultivation of the olive groves, runs the harvesting and the selection of the olives, and controls the extraction of the extra virgin oils and the production of the assortment of olive pâtés.

The mission of Atenea JRS Catalunya SLU consists in the contribution to the international markets of a range of strictly natural artisan produced products that offer the consumer the highest quality in terms of organoleptic properties – color, flavor, aroma, and texture – and physical and chemical properties related to health.

Still a modest traditional family business, Atenea JRS Catalunya SLU is in a position to supply its Oleum Olea Mare Nostrum® range of products to any part of the world. Currently, Atenea JRS Catalunya SLU is developing commercial contacts with importers in Europe, Asia, and North America.
